James Howard Jackson is sought after being released from a jail in Los Angeles due to a clerical error, said the sheriff's department.

19-year-old Jackson was held on for an attempted murder charge.

The prosecutors inform that Jackson and two alleged gang members had driven around looking for expensice French bulldogs to capture on February 24, 2021.

They allegedly spotted and robbed Ryan Fischer while he walked the dogs belonging to Lady Gaga across Sunset Boulevard.

Fischer was hit, choked, and shot as caught by the doorbell camera of a nearby home, furthered the prosecutors.

The video presented Fischer screaming "Oh my God! I've been shot! and "Help me!" and "I'm bleeding out of my chest!"

Fischer said that he is "confident that the law enforcement will rectify the error." He also calls for Jackson to turn himself in.
