First Lady, Olena Zelenska, shared the snaps on Instagram alongside husband and President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, hanging out with proud Ukrainian Mila Kunis and husband, Ashton Kutcher, with a caption that translates to: "Pleasant acquaintance, lively conversation and real pleasure from communication."
The snaps were captured in 2019, during a meaningful dine out meeting.
"Today I met with Ukrainian-born Mila Kunis and actor and producer Ashton Kutcher. We had a very fruitful conversation about cinema, in particular about the development of the Ukrainian film industry, as well as ways to attract investment in it,” shared the president at that time.
They have chatted about various topics like film, politics, gender equality, technology and the development of tourism in Ukraine.
Mila expressed that the president was "a very interesting, intelligent and dedicated person".
Born in Chernivtsi, a city of Ukraine, Mila and her jewish family went to the United States due to the Soviet Union conflict.
The celebrity couple have been vocal about their support for Ukraine after the war broke out. They have pledged $3m to offer aid to the country through matching donations on their GoFundMe page.
